Founded in 1993, the Stop the Violence, Increase the Peace Foundation addresses the root causes of violence in Southern California. Its mission is to promote awareness, empowerment, and accountability around the impacts of violence and trauma. The Foundation offers youth intervention, conflict resolution, counseling, advocacy, and classes in anger management, domestic violence, parenting, and substance abuse. Through strong community partnerships, it drives lasting change and fosters peace across the region.



Our Impact: By the Numbers
Since our founding, Stop the Violence Foundation has:

• Reached over 32,300 lives through outreach, education, and intervention
• Mentored more than 16,000 youth, helping them choose peace over violence
• Partnered with 170 community allies—including schools, faith groups, and public agencies—to build a united front for change
